REAL OPS – Refund Policy

Refunds for REAL OPS subscriptions are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all transactions.


Paddle executes the refund transaction, while REAL OPS determines whether a refund request meets our refund criteria and applicable consumer laws.


Refund requests can be submitted through the link in your purchase receipt or through Paddle’s buyer support portal at https://paddle.net.


We may approve a refund if you experience a technical issue that prevents normal use of the service, if the workspace is not delivered within a reasonable timeframe or if the service does not match the description on our website.


All refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf and are subject to Paddle’s refund processing rules and time limits.
