REAL OPS – Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using REAL OPS, a software platform operated by an individual creator (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using REAL OPS, you agree to these Terms.



If you do not agree, do not use the service.



1. About REAL OPS

REAL OPS is a digital software platform designed for creative and performance marketing agencies. The service provides tools for campaign planning, creator management, brief creation, analytics and internal creative operations.

REAL OPS is delivered exclusively as software. No physical goods are sold.

REAL OPS is owned and operated by Petar Grbović, sole proprietor based in Belgrade, Serbia.

2. Merchant of Record

All payments, billing operations, invoicing and tax processing for REAL OPS are handled by Paddle.

By completing a purchase, you enter into a contractual relationship with Paddle for billing-related matters.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
This means:

  • Paddle handles checkout and subscription charges

  • Paddle issues invoices to customers

  • Paddle processes applicable taxes

  • Paddle manages refunds according to our Refund Policy

We do not issue invoices directly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use REAL OPS.

4. Account Creation and Access

Access to REAL OPS is granted only after a valid purchase is completed through Paddle.

During the early access and pilot phase, workspaces are created manually. Provisioning may take up to 24 hours after successful payment. You will receive onboarding information by email once your workspace is ready.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login details.

5. Subscription and Billing

REAL OPS is offered as a recurring subscription. The price, billing frequency and plan details are displayed on the website before checkout.

Taxes, including VAT or sales tax where applicable, are calculated and collected by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge you at every billing interval until you cancel.

Subscription terms:

  • Billing is automated and processed by Paddle

  • Subscription renews unless cancelled before the renewal date

  • You may cancel at any time through the billing link provided by Paddle

  • Cancellation stops future charges but does not grant automatic refunds

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for REAL OPS subscriptions are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record, based on our refund rules and applicable consumer laws.
You may request a refund through Paddle’s support or through the link provided on your purchase receipt.
We may approve a refund if you experience a technical issue that prevents normal use of the service, if the workspace was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe or if the service was not as described on the website.
Refunds are granted at our discretion in accordance with consumer protection laws.

For billing or payment related issues, customers can contact Paddle directly through their buyer support portal at https://www.paddle.net, as Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • attempt unauthorized access to the system

  • reverse engineer or copy the platform

  • resell or share access with unauthorized parties

  • use REAL OPS in violation of any applicable law

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access without notice.

8. Service Availability and Updates

REAL OPS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We may update, improve or modify the platform at any time. We may also temporarily suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons.

We aim for high uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features and software associated with REAL OPS remain our intellectual property.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes.

You may not copy, modify or distribute the platform or any part of it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages

  • our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period

REAL OPS is a productivity tool. You are responsible for how you use it in your business.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful or abusive way.

You may stop using REAL OPS at any time. Cancellation of a subscription must be done through Paddle.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be handled in the competent courts of Serbia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
If changes are significant, we will notify users by email or through the platform.

Continued use of REAL OPS implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
